Excuse Andy's charming Southern accent — he was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and is a proud graduate of the University of Montana. After earning his Master of Divinity from Fuller Seminary, he and his wife Dodi moved to Telluride in 2008 to begin serving as a Presbyterian minister and raising a family. In 2018, he received his Doctorate of Ministry and published his first book, Breaking Bread. Over the years, Andy has supported his kids by working as a minister, bartender, wedding officiant, author, and coach.

Walk down Colorado Avenue, and you'll be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn't have a funny or inspiring story to share about Andy. It's possible he taught your child to snowboard, performed the wedding for your youngest daughter, heard him tell jokes at the Telluride Comedy Festival, served you the perfect cocktail, or helped you train for Imogene Pass.

Andy loves Telluride, helping others, telling stories, and making people laugh. Family, fun, and adventure are his core values. He's also the proud owner of Pepper, the sweetest French Bulldog to walk the earth.
